Q.Should I bring props or clothes for a shoot? Do you have any props?

-You should prepare clothes and props you want to use. We only have chairs and backdrops, so if you would like to use props for your portrait, you should bring them on the shooting day.

Q.Can I change my outfit during a shoot?

-Yes, but as there is a limited time please be careful not to go over the allotted time.

Q.If a pet or person couldn’t make it to the shoot, is it possible if I send you some images of them and you use those images for the portrait?

-We strongly recommend to come together for the portrait because the source image is very important to the work’s quality. However if it’s unavoidable, we can use the images you provide us. Please know  this will influence the quality and it might have a different outcome compared with a previous work.

Q.Can we order frames?

-We are currently working on an arrangement but are unable to offer framing services at the moment.
